Hey Marion, I've been meaning to look up some patterns for you as none came to mind immediately when I got your email. If you are draping those 2 - GREAT JOB! I noticed the the inspiration dress has some tucks/pleats on the top of the bodice too. I like the draping on your bodice better- It doesn't look as stark as the pic you sent me. On to the next!
I love both, but I like the tucks/pleats one better, if you make the skirt more A-line if that is the fabric you are going to use. If the fabric you use has a softer hand, then it will lay flatter and no need to alter. My 2 cents. I can't believe these are practice dresses. sigh..... Have you started on the beading yet? :-)
